Claire Foy has issued a statement saying "no offence" was caused by Adam Sandler placing his hand on her leg during Friday's episode of The Graham Norton Show.
The Crown actress appeared alongside Sandler, Emma Thompson, and Cara Delevingne in the show, which was broadcast on Friday.
While telling an anecdote about his mother, Sandler twice placed his hand on Foy's knee.
The moment drummed up quite a bit of reaction on Twitter.
