Red iPhone 8 and 8 Plus might be coming this week

Remember last year's red iPhone 7 — the first iPhone to launch as a Product (RED), a special edition line of products that help fund and promote (RED)'s efforts to fight HIV and AIDS? 

Apple may be giving the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus a similar treatment, according to a new Virgin Mobile memo, obtained by MacRumors.

According to the memo, Virgin Mobile will be adding red variants of iPhone 8 and 8 Plus to its inventory on Monday, April 9, and a launch announcement from Apple (no event, just a press release) might happen on the same day.
