Steve Carell is coming back to TV for the first time since 'The Office'

Apple's upcoming TV streaming service has added another television legend to its roster of stars for its inaugural season — and he's kind of a big deal.

Steve Carell, who has entirely eschewed TV roles since The Office went off the air in 2013, will return to television to team up with Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston for one of the Apple service's original programs.

As said in The Hollywood Reporter, the yet-untitled show is about working for a Good Morning America–type morning program and is based off of Brian Stelter's book Top of the Morning: Inside the Cutthroat World of Morning TV.  Read more...
