Mom goes to the bathroom for 45 seconds and returns to find her toddler on a treadmill

If you've been around little kids for even a second, you know their greatest threat is often themselves. 

Madeline Valdivia was reminded of that yesterday, when she left her 1-year-old, Samuel, on his own for under a minute just to use the bathroom, and came back to this near catastrophe.

 In the video, Samuel is crying as he runs on the family treadmill at a pace most adults would envy, hanging onto the bars for dear life. 

As the treadmill slows down, Samuel's wailing stops and a small grin develops as he begins reaching to start it back up again. Read more...
