On Dec. 15, a woman found Joy in Kannapolis, North Carolina, and contacted the Humane Society of Rowan County. Joy, who had a wound on her neck and an upper respiratory infection, was taken to a Humane Society veterinarian for treatment and will remain there while she recovers. Read more...
